Paul J. Davis	68b60400d6	Replace PropEr with EQC PropEr broke my support for R14. Turns out that EQC Mini is quite usable so I've just switched to that. If EQC Mini exists it will be used, if not the test is skipped gracefully.	пре 8 година

This greatly increases the performance of long string encodes as
we won't need to copy intermediate results over and over.

PropEr broke my support for R14. Turns out that EQC Mini is quite usable
so I've just switched to that. If EQC Mini exists it will be used, if
not the test is skipped gracefully.
